The conservation of a limited number of modern architecture structures that have survived to the presentday is extremely important for the continuity of the city of cities. In the city of Adana, where there are numerous examples of modern architectural products, it has been noted that many buildings built for public function over time are added to urban textures. One of these structures, Iller Bank was designed by Architect Mustafa Oktay Kozak in 1974. The conservation of the building site is important because it shows the architectural approach of the period when it was built on a national scale, and it is a building that has been remembered for the city.
